    Safety-Stop Supply is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly and accurately as possible.

    Order Processing

    Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times for special-order, custom, or manufacturer-direct products may vary.

    Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

    Shipping Methods

    We ship using a variety of carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight providers, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

    The shipping method selected at checkout or quoted by Safety-Stop Supply will be used unless circumstances require an alternative carrier to ensure timely delivery.

    Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates at the time of shipment.

    Some oversized or freight items may require additional shipping charges. If additional charges apply beyond those collected at checkout, we will contact the customer for approval before shipment.

    Delivery Estimates

    Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

    Safety-Stop Supply is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, supply chain issues, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

    Inspection Upon Delivery

    Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.

    Any shipping damage or shortages should be reported to both the carrier and Safety-Stop Supply as soon as possible so that we can assist with the claims process.

    Partial Shipments

    When practical, orders may ship in multiple shipments to expedite delivery. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment.

    International Orders

    International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import restrictions imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
